Procedure:

Lightly whip the cream cheese with herb and seasonings in a bowl. First beat two eggs separately into a bowl. Remember that each serving has to be prepared separately.

Heat half of the butter in the skillet over medium heat. Let it get really hot and then pour the first two eggs in the pan. Within moments the eggs will start to coagulate. At this moment, use a spatula to push the omelet to one side of the pan so that the uncooked runs over to the cleared pan. You will have to do it one more time and then turn off the heat.

Take half of cheese mixture and dab it onto the middle of the omelet. Spread it from one side to the other. Roll the omelet over and slide off onto a serving plate. Serve hot.
